Diego spent 6 years working in hospitality on Koh Samui. He saw firsthand how independent hotels hemorrhage revenue to OTA commissions while running on disconnected, outdated systems. He built StayPulse to solve this -- using AI to deliver what used to require an entire technology team. His family's 70-room resort was the first property he tested it on.
StayPulse was born from real experience -- not a boardroom. After years inside the industry, we saw that independent hotels (15-80 rooms) were being left behind by technology built for chains. We're changing that, one hotel at a time, starting on Koh Samui.
StayPulse is that system -- packaged, priced, and managed so any hotel with 10 to 150 rooms can have what the chains have, without the chain's budget.
