Diego spent 15 years working in hospitality on Koh Samui. He saw firsthand how independent hotels hemorrhage revenue to OTA commissions while running on disconnected, outdated systems. He built StayPulse to solve this -- using AI to deliver what used to require an entire technology team. His family's 70-room resort was the first property he tested it on.
StayPulse was born from real experience -- not a boardroom. After years inside the industry, we saw that independent hotels (15-80 rooms) were being left behind by technology built for chains. We're changing that, one hotel at a time, starting on Koh Samui.
StayPulse is that system -- packaged, priced, and managed so any hotel with 10 to 150 rooms can have what the chains have, without the chain's budget.
