Terms of Service

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or engaging our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any access credentials we provide for third-party platforms.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• All service fees are billed monthly in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.
• One-time setup fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Third-party costs (e.g., Cloudbeds subscription, Google Ads spend, domain registration) are billed separately and are your responsibility.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice.

• All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts unless otherwise specified.
• Either party may terminate the service agreement with 90 days written notice.
• Upon cancellation, we will provide a transition period to ensure continuity of your operations.
• You retain ownership of your domain, content, and data. We will assist in transferring assets to you or your new provider.
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

All content, designs, code, and materials created by StayPulse specifically for your property become your property upon full payment. StayPulse retains the right to use anonymized case studies and portfolio examples of work completed.

StayPulse's proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and processes remain the intellectual property of StayPulse and are licensed for your use during the service period only.

You grant StayPulse permission to use your hotel name, logo, and images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing.

StayPulse provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, booking volumes, or occupancy rates. Results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, property quality, and pricing strategies.

StayPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or data loss caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Cloudbeds, Google, WhatsApp) that are outside our control.
